MARK HALL
PRESIDENT AND CEO
Mark Hall has served as PinPoint Resources’ President and Chief executive officer since its inception in 1993. Drawing upon 20 years of experience in the finance, technology and recruitment sectors, Hall’s primary focus is developing the company’s business and financial strategies to maintain manageable growth and ensure impeccable service delivery. As part of his role, he leverages industry trends, develops new geographic markets, identifies potential merger and acquisition targets and forges industry partnerships to facilitate PinPoint’s long-term success.
In addition to his fiduciary and risk management responsibilities, Hall also serves as a mentor to PinPoint’s executive team. His servant leadership philosophy is apparent in the way he operates the business, empowers his staff, builds relationships with clients and serves his community. Hall created PinPoint Resources to provide the marketplace with a much needed workforce solutions partner that operates on the time-honored principles of honesty, integrity, trust and accountability.
Prior to forming PinPoint Resources, Hall served as vice president of Q Resources, Inc. In this leadership role he was responsible for day-to-day operations of the allied health medical staffing division where he conceived, designed and implemented the physical, occupational and speech therapy contract staffing business unit. Before holding this esteemed position, Hall served as an executive for Computer Task Group, Inc. and Source Services, Inc. where he functioned in sales and recruitment capacities for these management information systems contract service firms. Early in his career, Hall held a variety of technical positions that helped shape his macro and micro understanding of the critical role technology plays in business. His functional experience includes accounting, computer programming, systems analysis, training and quality assurance.
Hall attended Indiana University and Lincoln Trail College where he studied business administration and computer science. In 2003, he was inducted into Lincoln Trail’s Hall of Fame for his entrepreneurial vision and business acumen.
As part of his community service, Hall serves as Vice Chairman and as a group facilitator for Truth@Work an organization of Christian business owners and leaders. Born and raised in the Midwest, Hall lives in Noblesville, Indiana, is married to his high school sweetheart, Lisa, and has three daughters.
